ADA and AODA note

Updates may include improvements such as color contrast adjustments, improved keyboard navigation and focus visibility, corrected heading hierarchy, enhanced alternative text for images, improved carousel/slider labeling and behavior, and corrections to ARIA attributes and semantic structure.
