Welcome to Sere Luxury Lifestyle LLC (“Sere Luxury Lifestyle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, Shopify-hosted online store, and related services, features, and content (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting, browsing, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.
Our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy are incorporated into these Terms. Together, they form the full agreement between you and Sere Luxury Lifestyle.

c. Responsibility: Sere Luxury Lifestyle is not liable for losses caused by your failure to safeguard your account.
3. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS
a. Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors.
b. Pricing & Availability: We strive for accuracy, but errors in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to cancel or refuse orders based on inaccurate information, even after submission.
c. Payment Processing: Payments are handled securely through Shopify’s PCI-DSS–compliant providers. We do not store your complete payment card information.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
a. Ownership: All content, designs, images, graphics, logos, text, code, and materials on the Services (the “Content”) are owned or licensed by Sere Luxury Lifestyle and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
b. Limited License: We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Services and Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, publicly display, or create derivative works without our prior written consent
5. TRADEMARKS
All names, logos, slogans, trade dress, and brand elements of Sere Luxury Lifestyle are trademarks or trade dress owned by us. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Third-party trademarks appearing on our site belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.

c. No Class Actions: You agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis. Class or representative actions are not permitted.
d. EU/UK Residents: If you are located in the EU/UK, you may have rights to bring disputes in your home jurisdiction and to alternative consumer dispute resolution mechanisms under applicable law.
13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Services and Content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sere Luxury Lifestyle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if foreseeable. Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the product at issue. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws.
15. MISCELLANEOUS
a. Errors & Inaccuracies: We may correct errors in descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability and may cancel or refuse any orders placed based on such inaccuracies, even if submitted or confirmed. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a prompt refund.
b. Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remainder of these Terms remains enforceable.
c. No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our rights.
d. Assignment: You may not transfer rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights to an affiliate or successor entity.
e. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, are the complete agreement between you and us.
f. User’s Responsibility to Review: You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. The “Last Updated” date shows the most recent version. Continued use of the Services means you accept the changes.
g. Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, supply chain interruptions, governmental actions, or internet outages.
